GRANT OF RIGHTS:

Participant hereby irrevocably grants Production Company and its licensees, successors, and assigns the exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to film, tape, photograph, and record Participant… and to use Participant’s name, voice, picture, likeness, and biographical material in connection with the Series, promotion, and ancillary products.

EDITING & DEPICTION:

Participant acknowledges that the Series is unscripted/structured reality and that events may be edited, dramatized, or juxtaposed at the sole discretion of Production Company. Participant waives any right of inspection or approval over the finished product or how Participant is portrayed.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Participant agrees not to disclose any confidential information, trade secrets, storylines, or outcomes of the Series to any third party, press, or social media platform until officially broadcast or authorized in writing. Breach of this clause shall result in immediate liquidated damages as set forth in the production addendum.
